Aaron is doing the Alligator
Ten-time AMA/NATC Trials National Champion Geoff Aaron has retired from active competition, but the trials master hasn't really slowed down.
Case in point: Aaron is running tomorrow's Alligator enduro, which starts just off Tomoka Farms Rd. about a mile and a half south of International Speedway Blvd.
"I ran the first AMA National Enduro and had a great time, but that wasn't a time-keeping enduro, so this one will be a little different experience," Aaron says. "I'm on Mike Lafferty's minute, though, so I hope he'll show me how to do this right."
And, although he didn't say it, if they come to a 10-foot vertical cliff with a waterfall down the middle and a couple logs across the top for good measure, maybe Geoff can return the favor and show Mike a line.
