Propose that  the AMA form  a  committee to clarify vintage racing for motocross. Suggest that classes be organized into A, B & C as per current guidelines in mx rules chapter 1.


Vintage mx would be any motorcycle that does not have more than 3 1/2 inches of rear travel.


Post Vintage would be bikes that exceed 3 1/2 inches but no more than 9 inches of rear travel.


EVO1 class would be any bike that exceeds 9 inches of rear travel but no disc

Suggest that the AMA require the tracks who run Pro-Am events be required to provide a list of riders who received payout to ensure that the promoter is complying with the Pro-Am rules.

Promoter:  Will require (or have available for on site use) first responder/medical people to have a helmet removal system. Cost $99.99


Examples included:  Eject helmet removal system and Eject EMT/First Responder Helmet removal kit w/inflator bulb.
