Proposal:

Rider: Look into suggesting or requiring all riders to have a helmet removal system installed in helmets. Cost $59.99

Promoter: Will require (or have available for on site use) first responder/medical people to have a helmet removal system. Cost $99.99

Examples included: Eject helmet removal system and Eject EMT/First Responder Helmet removal kit w/inflator bulb.

Reason for Proposal:

If a device this inexpensive that can help a rider from further spine injury is not a requirement, that alone could be considered irresponsible.
