Proposal:

The organization needs to separate off road and on road recreational riding into 2 distinct and separate committees. The needs and issues of these groups are varied and different and need to be addressed that way.

Reason for Proposal:

I am not comfortable discussing and deciding issues that I do not know or understand thoroughly. Last years Congress had us discussing ATV vs UTV and other situations that I can not relate to. It will be doing a disservice to off road riders for me to work on issues that I have no stake in. The same is true for off road riders understanding the road concerns.
