Recommendation:

Market a Re-established the Eagles Program

Reason for recommendation:

Properly promoted, this can be a very effective program.  Previous program was well received when conducted.  Many presentations were cancelled due to lack of interested parties.  Problem was that most AMA members did not know what the program was, or when and where it was going to be presented.  The end result was poor attendance.  One of the final presentations was a success because I made sure the class was filled before it was scheduled.  This is a simple process and will result in full classes. Simply put, a person or persons in local areas need to explain the program to local motorcyclists and have them sign up if interested, then submit the list of names to headquarters,  Headquarters then needs to schedule an event for a given area and notify those on the list.
