Remove: In Motocross only, if a riders physical stature is such that he/she cannot reach the ground with both feet, blocks may be used but must be removed immediately at the starting line, after the start.
Add: If a riders physical stature is such that he/she cannot reach the ground with both feet, blocks may be used (at the starting line) but must be removed immediately after the start.
