Reason for proposal:

Classes displacement needs to match the AMA class displacements that are used for advancement in order to maintain consistency within the system. Otherwise the classes outside the normal class displacement cannot be used for advancement purposes. Varied displacement classes may be added in addition to these classes as needed. (i.e. 250F allowed in 125 class or 250 two stroke not allowed in 250F class)
