Proposal:
Add between #1 and #2: Race results that have a DNF or a DNS moto finish are not to be used for purposes of calculating a rider’s advancement RPV.

Reason for proposal:
__Riders can get a 1st and a DNF (with 10 riders in the class) and have a 10th place overall for 1 advancement point lowering their RPV to avoid advancement. This is another scenario that riders use that we can eliminate along with “only points paying finishes” are allowed to calculate a riders RPV.
