Reason for proposal:
We talk about “proper fit” when determining age and bike/ATV size requirements. We believe that a 15 year old is capable of riding and controlling any of the ATV’s in the amateur racing classes. This would transition riders into the amateur classes with no impact on rider safety and encourage more events to sanction with the AMA. Make this rule effective for the 2010 season.
