Replace #7 with the following"


7. Promoters of speed-oriented events or activities, including associated practice, must have present at all times, at least two qualified first-aid personnel (EMT or paramedics or physicians)  licensed by the county or state with jurisdiction. In addition, the promoter must provide an ALS-level ambulance on premises during all on track activities unless the response time to the event facility from a public or private ambulance service capable of transport, is generally 15-20  minutes (as reasonably certified by the ambulance service).
In addition, there must be available at the starting line an operating fire extinguisher with a 5BC minimum rating. A fire/rescue vehicle capable of transporting the qualified first aid personnel to the scene of an incident is encouraged for events and activities not taking place over a larger geographic area such as hare scrambles, enduro, etc.

Staff and Insurance is developing proposal
