Reason for proposal:
It's Time Tracks in the South are Racing 9-13 112cc 2 strokes and having zero problems, Honda has built the 150 now for 3 years and we have raced in in the 12-15 supermini class with no problems I feel the time has come to allow the bike in the class, this will also allow the other brands to finally bring their new products out. Europe and Canada allow this bike to race with the 85's so it's now time to come ride with us.
