Proposal:
Put at bottom of 6 a: In ice racing. For rubber tire classes only.
The starting line shall be the complete width of the track.
The starter would put same number of bikes on line as studded classes.
Reason for proposal:
To make the luck of the draw more interesting. At least some riders will be able to start in the fast line.
