Add after identifiable (by number) within sight of a timed check (in direction by which riders will be approaching). Except if rider stops to check mileage at a turn marker
Reason for proposal:
Checks are being set on trail that paralells an approach road. Riders are being burned when stopping for turns or checking mileage.
