Proposal:
Add to sentence: ATVs must be fitted with a self-closing throttle, Motocycle throttles not permitted.
Reason for proposal:
An ATV rider had a motorcycle throttle instead of the thumb throttle and was the cause of an accident when he was going around a left hand turn, which led to a short drop-off jump. He could not shut the throttle and ran into the rider to his left. This could have been possibly avoided if the rider's quad was properly fitted with a thrumb throttle.
