Eye Protection 66-7-355. Riding on motorcycles. B. Any person operating a motorcycle not having a fixed windshield of a type approved by regulation of the secretary shall wear an eye protective device which may be a faceshield attached to a safety helmet, goggles or safety eyeglasses. All eye protective devices shall be of a type approved by regulations promulgated by the director.

Safety Helmet All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet. They must also have adult supervision, unless they have taken an approved safety course, received their OHV safety permit, and in certain cases have a valid license.
Eye Protection All riders under the age of 18 must wear protective eyewear. They must also have adult supervision, unless they have taken an approved safety course, received their OHV safety permit, and in certain cases have a valid license.
Minimum Operator Age Riders of Off-Highway motorcycles under the age of 10 must have parental supervision and ride OHV's that are age and size appropriate. Operators under age 6 are prohibited from ATV use.
Rider Education Certification Required under the age of 18

Speed Limit There is a 10MPH speed limit within 200ft. of a business, person, horseback rider or occupied dwelling. OHVs may not be operated on any paved street or highway, except to cross a street or highway after coming to a complete stop and yielding to traffic.
